Log into your Ebonyline account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the item is in its original, factory-fresh condition with all tags, hair nets, and labels attached before securely packing it for shipment.

Ship the Item

Affix your approved RMA number to the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or store credit, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
